Autistic Pride Day is a special day set aside in June for autistic individuals to celebrate in 'being autistic.' It is a day when we can show we are proud to be who we are rather, rather than what we are: a day to celebrate our accomplishments: a day in which we can promote the three A's of autism: Awareness, Acceptance, and Autonomy.
