Dasjanae Melton is the Program Manager for Pathways to Success, bringing a unique blend of leadership, business knowledge, and passion for community impact. Currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Finance, Dasjanae is also a business owner and dedicated advocate for expanding opportunities for youth and families. She leverages her academic training and entrepreneurial experience to build sustainable programs that create lasting change.

With over 10 years of experience working directly in youth after-school programs and more than 5 years in the nonprofit sector, Dasjanae has developed a deep understanding of the challenges facing underserved communities. She is committed to creating safe, supportive, and enriching spaces where young people can thrive academically, socially, and personally. Her leadership ensures Pathways to Success continues to grow as a resource that uplifts students, families, and neighborhoods across Los Angeles.
