HOW TO ENTER A COMPETITOR:

STEP 1- Tell you DC or CA you want to attend!

STEP 2- If your Club/Center is sending a team, find out who else is on your team. The DC/CA will tell you who is the team captain and who is the stable manager.

STEP 3- IF YOU ARE RIDING Select the COMPETITOR ticket on this website and provide the requested information. If you are your team's STABLE MANAGER, select the STABLE MANAGER ticket and provide the requested information. If you are sharing a mount, sign up with the SHARED MOUNT COMPETITOR ticket.

*Note- if both parties of a shared mount are nit signed up by the closing date, the competitor signed up must enter as a COMPETITOR

How do I know what tests to ride??

Talk to your coach! For Dressage, you can ride at whatever level you want so long as you and your mount are ready, regardless of your riding certification!

What if I don't know if I'm attending Championships??

Check ou the USPC Champs Eligibility by Discipline form on the USPC website! Outside of that, Champs is a big monetary and time commitment that includes shipping your horse to Kentucky. If you are interested in going to Champs, talk to your DC/CA!!

HOW TO VOLUNTEER:

STEP 1: Talk to your DC/CA and coordinate who will be volunteering for your competitor's team! All teams must provide at least 2 volunteers, one of whom must be the team chaperone. Teams may bring a coach as well. If you are a coach or chaperone, please provide the appropriate paperwork to the Rally organizer- your DC/CA can help you find this and can go over responsibilities with you.

STEP 2: Select the VOLUNTEER ticket on this website and provide the information requested.

Why do I have to volunteer??

Pony Club runs on volunteers! Pony Club Rallies are also non-spectator events for the most part, so volunteering is the best way to see how the rally functions!

Can I hang out with my competitor?

NO. Interacting with your competitor outside of the neutral zone will get your competitor penalized for 'unauthorized assistance'. Competitors must arrive at the rally with everything they need and otherwise rely on themselves and their team for help!
