About The Program
Unlock Her Potential was founded by Sophia Chang and provides mentorship for women of color. Going into year six, we will focus on the heart of our mentoring network and community’s greatest passion: MEDIA. Applicants will be able to apply for a UP mentorship from any ONE of the following categories: FILM/TV, MUSIC, or MARKETING.

The application, and Build UP session fees enable Unlock Her Potential to sustain our core membership program and expand and support you and our ever-growing community.
$49 Build Up Session
One Virtual masterclasses with our expert creative mentors and other friends of the community. Speakers & topics TBD.
$75 Application Fee
The $75 application fee covers the 2026 program year and includes one complimentary Build Up Session in 2025. It does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
