Vendor Setup:
It is highly encouraged to bring your Table setup & products the day before (Friday, Oct 25th) & setup inside the VBM Tent. Contact (832-205-8872) or John Cacolice (281-686-3396) for airfield access.
Saturday & Sunday:
Volunteers, Vendors and Non displaying Members of HRVCC
1. 0600 - 0730 - Meet at Rally Point Location before parking to obtain your Parking Pass & Entrance Pass. See Map below where to meet HRVCC Staff Member.
2. After parking, proceed to airfield through Main Entrance Gate. Must have your Entrance Pass with you. (Follow signs)
**NOTE: All vehicles MUST be off the airfield by 0730. Please plan accordingly if you need to drive on the airfield to unload your tent/products. Please have vehicle flashers on while driving on the airfield.

First, thank you for Volunteering!
Friday, 25 Oct - If Volunteering for Friday to Setup contact John between 12-7pm Friday 25 Oct.
Volunteering on Saturday and/or Sunday.
1. 0600 - 0730 - Before parking meet HRVCC Staff Member at Rally Point (See Map below) for Parking & Entrance Pass
2. Park & proceed through Volunteer / Main Entrance Gate. Must have Entrance Pass with you. (Follow Signs)
3. Proceed to Veterans Business Marketplace ( VBM ) for assignments and T-Shirt
4. We will have food and snacks at the VBM ( Lunch for Volunteers at 12pm )
5. Airshow ends at 5pm.

Things to Bring
- Sunscreen & a Hat
- Lawn Chair
- Flashlights for Night Ops ( Head lamps work great)
- Medications if you need them
- Comfortable Shoes
- Camera
- Ear Plugs for Jet Noise & Loud Demo Ops during the airshow.
- Vendors (consider bringing a wagon for transport)
- Mandatory Fun!!!

Volunteers -
1. Pickup your Volunteer Parking Pass & Entrance Pass before parking (Red Triangle on Map).
2. Use the Volunteer Entrance (3rd Map) to make your way to the Veterans Business Marketplace (4th Map) (See Maps Below)
Vendors -
1. Pickup your Vendor Packet first (Red Triangle on Map) -- then park Vendor & Volunteer parking (3rd Map)
2. If you have to drop stuff off at the VBM (Yellow Star on Map), drive onto & enter the field using the Vendor Gate. Must have your Entrance Pass with you (Must be off the Field by 0730) Vendor Gate open 0530 - 0800am (re - opens at 5:30 pm after show)
3. After dropping things off at VBM, exit airfield through Vendor gate to park in the Vendor Parking area (While driving on the field have your flashers on)
4. Re-enter through the Volunteer / Main Gate and proceed to the Veterans Business Market Place Area
5. You will not be able to drive back on the field until 5:30pm to pickup or drop off either Saturday or Sunday. Consider bringing a foldable wagon. You may also set-up Friday - details above.
