Living Forward Consulting provides:

  • Consulting and training for organizations that believe people thrive when wellbeing is nurtured, resilience is strengthened, and support is available through both everyday challenges and life's most difficult moments
  • Individual virtual therapy for Pennsylvania teens (15+) and adults navigating grief, anxiety, depression, illness, life transitions, and the challenges that come with being human

Support Groups

New Virtual Support Group for Parents/Caregivers

HopeWorx is offering a virtual peer-led support group for parents/caregivers of youth/young adults who have experienced suicidal thoughts, behaviors, and/or suicide attempts.

This non-clinical group is led by parents and caregivers with lived experience and is designed to provide connection, support, and shared understanding for those navigating similar experiences. 

Zoom sessions are held every 3rd Thursday at 7 - 8 pm.
