Throughout the 2020 football season, Extra Table will be leveraging all things football to raise money to purchase healthy food for our partnering food pantries.

Your donation counts once to feed people and secondly as a vote for your favorite football team! Not only will your donation feed our hungry neighbors in Mississippi, but it will help boost the competitive rivalry that makes fall oh so fun.
100% of all donations made to the TACKLE HUNGER GIVING CHALLENGE will go toward the purchase healthy foods to be distributed to Extra Table’s partnering food pantries and soup kitchens.

The title and trophy are anyone's game! No matter the colors you wear or the team you choose, hungry Mississippians need you.
Score will be kept by the dollars donated to each fan base and the winning school will receive 5,000 additional pounds of food for their on-campus collegiate food pantry. The football fan base that raises the most money for Extra Table will be declared the first ever TACKLE HUNGER GIVING CHALLENGE Champions and will be presented the Tackle Hunger trophy.
EXTRA TABLE: our mission
Extra Table is the partnership launched in 2009 by well-known restaurateur Robert St. John making a difference in the lives of Mississippians by fundraising in order to stock food pantries and soup kitchens across the state with wholesome nutritious food.
