Alexys Feaster is the Founder and CEO of The Kinship Advisors, a culturally-connected social impact advisory firm that creates alliances within sports, entertainment and business, focused on social justice, strategic business expansion and sustainable impact in underserved communities. Alexys is also the Managing Partner, Global Head of Sports, and Entertainment at Protégé, a platform focused on democratizing access to opportunities by connecting the best experts in the world, including musicians like DJ Khaled, with everyday people looking for a breakthrough moment in life. Prior to The Kinship, Alexys spent six years at the NBA and was known as the “NBA’s other coach” for her work empowering players off the court and was responsible for increasing the NBA player voter registration rate from 26% to 96% in 2020. Alexys was also the mastermind behind the athlete and celebrity engagement strategy for President Obama’s reelection campaign, creating various political and social good digital campaigns including Alicia Keys’ “We Are a Powerful Force”, the NFL’s “Gotta Vote”, and Jay-Z’s “The Power of Our Voice.”

 

Alexys is a frequent speaker on the intersection of sports, entertainment, culture and social impact and was recognized in 2021 by Forbes the Culture as a champion of business excellence and was the recipient of the Hennessy Never Stop Never Settle Black entrepreneur award.  She was also recognized as one of 2020’s most powerful women in sports by Slam Magazine and by Adweek as one of the 30 most powerful women in sports. Alexys recently launched The Kinfolk Foundation, which exists to be the bridge between the needs of Black and underserved communities and people of influence who seek to build a legacy of social impact. 

 

Alexys holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from James Madison University, a minor in music industry business and a minor in Spanish language from the Universidad de Salamanca. In 2017, Feaster earned a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from HBX - Harvard Business School and she graduated from the American School of Professional Life Coaching, an ICF-approved school, in 2020. Alexys is a professional Advisory Board Member for the National Basketball Wives Association, a Board Member for the Hart School of Hospitality, Sport and Recreation Management at James Madison University and a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Sports Consortium.

Anthony J. Falco brings decades of experience, gained from working inside the financial services industry. He is a Senior Partner at MPB Financial.  He has worked for many years with High Net Worth Families and Individuals, Professional Athletes and Coaches, and C-Suite Company Executives to help them with all of their business and personal financial needs.  He was voted the Pennsylvania Man of the Year by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and finished second in the country for most money raised in 2012 for this cause. Anthony enjoys golfing and relaxing with friends and clients at Kinloch Golf Club and Wilmington Country Club.   He and his wife, Keli Falco, also are very involved with raising money in a Celebrity Golf outing that they help to run for Breast Cancer Awareness.  Together, they have four sons.

CASSIUS BUTTS

Cassius Butts is  a trusted advisor, executive and serial entrepreneur. He has led or worked for financial institutions and worked or advised during four U. S. presidential administrations leading efforts in the economic development, housing, and small business sectors. He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Partner of Capital for Global Leader Group (www.globalleadergroup.com).

Cassius completed a two-year assignment as an executive in residence at the Robinson College of Business within Georgia State University. The College achieved the #2 national ranking as "The Most Innovative College/University in 2018, according to U. S. News & World Reports. In 2017, his consulting firm (CFB Advisors) led a team to raise over $2 billion for a client in the pursuit to acquire a professional sports team. In addition, he is credited as the co-creator of the inaugural "Inside the Huddle" financial symposium during Super Bowl week in Atlanta, GA; a partnership between the  U. S. Chamber of Commerce and the NFL Players Association (The Trust). Mr. Butts serves as the gubernatorial appointed chairman of Fort McPherson Local Redevelopment Authority, 142 acres of land next to Tyler Perry Studios seeking to be developed into a mixed use community. He also serves as  a board member of the Georgia Department of Economic Development, helping to earn the recognition of number one best state to do business in 202. 


His  most recent nonpartisan advisement was serving as an appointed member of the Biden-Harris Transition Team. In 2011, he served as Regional Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) appointed by the 44th President of the United States (Obama Administration). It was with SBA where the team  managed five record-breaking years for SBA lending within the eight southern states. As a team, they strategically managed and achieved over $30 billion dollars in small business lending during his appointment. Previously, Butts served as a Presidential Management Fellow under the George W. Bush Administration within the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). Lastly, he assisted in the establishment of HUD’s multimillion marketing procurement process and was named Branch Chief of the Real Estate Owned division during my tenure. Cassius continues to follow the motto; “continue to follow your passion and you’ll be certain never to become lost.”
