The U-District Foundation is a non-profit agency, dreamed up by the team at U-District PT, a Spokane based business providing physical therapy, performance training, and counseling services.

The Foundations mission is to empower kids through fun, fitness, nutrition and mental health education. Our programs include The Fun & Fitness Camp, Sports Training Scholarships, Family Fitness, Mentorship Program and soon to be implemented Mental Health component. We have served our Spokane community for over 15 years and look forward to continuing to support our mission for many years to come.
