Join U-District PT and Negative Split on July 15th for a Tuesday Evening Summer Fun Run. Choose between a 5K or a 1-Miler chip timed race. This is a summer race you don't want to miss!

Choose between two race distances in beautiful Spokane, WA. Shirts only guaranteed for participants registering more than 10 days before the race. Shirts are first come first serve at packet pickup. Sizing is not guaranteed.

U-District Foundation
The U-District Foundation is a non-profit agency, dreamed up by the team at U-District PT, a Spokane based business providing physical therapy, performance training, and counseling services. The Foundations mission is to empower kids through fun, fitness, nutrition and mental health education. Our programs include The Fun & Fitness Camp, Sports Training Scholarships, Family Fitness, Mentorship Program and soon to be implemented Mental Health component. We have served our Spokane community for over 15 years and look forward to continuing to support our mission for many years to come.
