FUNdraising Challenge with The Hoboken Shelter

Sat April 17 - Sat April 24 Hoboken, NJ 07030 US Directions

Event: Acts of Kindness Challenge

Volunteers provide critical help at The Shelter, from making and serving meals, helping with events, to holding positions on the board. We have a wide variety of virtual volunteer activities, proving that there is no limit to how you can help.

The National Volunteer Week Challenge is a great way to show love to your community! Upon signing up, you will receive an email detailing how you can help. As you complete these acts of service, you can log them on your personal results page.

You will also get a fundraiser page supporting the Hoboken Shelter. Join us and raise more to help more neighbors!

As you complete your acts of kindness for the challenge, you can log them to your personal fundraising page. Each act of kindness counts for one “tally”. Tallies add up to milestones that earn you badges you can share via social media and help to promote your fundraising.

Some of the ideas below are already built into the website and you can log those activities directly. For all of the extra, wonderful activities we have a “Create Your Own” activity which will allow you to detail your act of kindness in a comment section.

We love to see and share your generosity across our sites, so please tag us in all of your posts on Facebook, and Instagram (@hoboken_shelter) and Twitter (@hobokenshelter)! #hobokenshelter #backtothe80s
