VIRTUAL Every Step Counts Autism Walk & 5K Run

Anywhere, Any time. It's Your Choice!

The Howard County Autism Society's Every Step Counts Autism Walk & 5K Run features a timed 5K run and a 4K walk around Centennial Lake in Ellicott City, MD, along with a 1K stroll for those who would like a shorter option. Participants also have the option to register to run or walk these events virtually at the location and time of their choice. Here is a guide for participating in the VIRTUAL Walk & 5K Run

If you'd like to learn about the event at Centennial Park, please click here, On-site Walk & 5K Run.

Thank you for walking and running with us in support of individuals and their families who are navigating the autism journey.
