RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
7:00 AM - Race Day Check-in/packet pick-up opens
7:30 AM - All onsite activities and Event Village tents open
8:20 AM - On-stage Program begins
8:30 AM - 5K Run/1 Mile Walk starts
9:45 AM - Critter Crawl Kids Dash starts
10:00 AM - Meet Animal Ambassador 1
10:30 AM - Meet Animal Ambassador 2
10:30 AM - Post race ceremony begins
11:00 PM - Onsite activities, vendor tents close, event ends
Join us, Saturday, September 21, 2024, 8:30am for the inaugural "Miracles in Motion" 5K, to benefit the Johns Hopkins Children's Center.
This event is a 5K or 1 mile walk or run, followed by a Kids Dash, all to benefit the Johns Hopkins Children's Center! Your registration fee includes admission to the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore and a basic cotton tshirt. Participants will each have the opportunity to fundraise for any area of the Children's Center they feel a personal connection to!
Pricing:
- 5K or 1mile - $25/per person (runners 13 & over)
- 1M - $25/per person
- Critter Crawl Kids Run - $15/per person
- Virtual 5K - $20 per person
We offer family pricing for a group of four which includes a discount of 10%.

Fundraiser Information
All adults who register for the Miracles in Motion 5K/1M/Virtual 5K are considered fundraisers and are encouraged to raise funds in support of the Johns Hopkins Children's Center. Fundraisers can start or join teams to combine their efforts.
- Individuals who raise $100 through fundraised donations receive an exclusive Johns Hopkins Children's Center Lanyard.
- Individuals who raise $250 through fundraised donations receive the Johns Hopkins Children's Center Lanyard and have the option of receiving a refund of their race registration fee.
- Individuals who raise $1,000 or more through fundraised donations receive the Johns Hopkins Children's Center Lanyard and have the option of receiving a refund of their race registration fee and a 2024 Miracles in Motion Comfort Color Sweatshirt.
