Description
Helping Heroes is bringing back a Wheeling Favorite. It is the same race, with a similar mission: Supporting Local Veterans. This is a point-to-point road 10k with rolling hills. The Race starts in front of Bridge Street Middle. It turns left at the light and continues on National Road, through Elm Grove, Dimmydale, Woodsdale, all the way up to the Mount Wood Overlook. Then downhill on Stone Blvd into Chapline Street. Finishing with a turn onto 16th street in front of Helping Heroes new headquarters.
Cut off time of 2.5 hours due to traffic restrictions

Race Day Schedule
• Packet pickup and day of registration will occur at Bridge Street Middle School Parking Lot starting at 7:30 am
• Suggested parking is downtown (street parking around 14th Street, Northern Community College lots or Wesbanco Arena Parking Garage.
• Buses will take participants from downtown to the start line at Bridge Street Middle School. Buses will leave from 44 16th Street at approx. at 7:30, 7:45, 8:00 and 8:15.
• You can park at Bridge Street Middle. But no buses will run to Bridge Street after the event.
• The Award Ceremony starts at 10:30 for Runners and 11:30 for Walkers. Ceremony will take place near the finish line at 44 16th Street Park in front of Northern’s B&O building
