Shannon Feaster (Savi's Mommy & Program Manager)
Shannon Feaster is the Principal of Athletes Aid, a boutique agency launched in 2020 to harness the power of sport to inspire civic engagement, drive social change, and shape public policy. For more than 20 years, Shannon has forged strategic alliances to design and deliver public, community, and government relations activations for sustainable impact.
Shannon was a senior leader in the federal government for 11 years. She was tapped to implement the continuity of operations plan for the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition as deputy executive director. There, she oversaw day-to-day operations, nationwide Council member engagements, and high-value communications campaigns.
Prior to the Council, Shannon was deputy director of external affairs for health workforce at the Department of Health and Human Services, where she managed multi-year marketing campaigns for the National Health Service Corps and NURSE Corps, connecting skilled providers with communities in need. Shannon previously led the public affairs division at the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition.

Lisa Davis
Lisa Davis is an experienced professional currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager for the NASA Advanced Enterprise Global Information Technology Solutions (AEGIS) program, a significant $2.5 billion contract responsible for providing IT services and infrastructure across all NASA centers.
In her role, Lisa leads a team of Center Service Delivery Managers at each NASA center, overseeing the delivery of both enterprise and center-specific IT services. Her leadership focuses on innovation and meeting mission and customer needs, with a dedication to anticipating future IT service requirements, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. Lisa also manages AEGIS program communications, training, engagement, and outreach activities.
Additionally, Lisa actively participates in Leidos continuous improvement efforts, organizing and facilitating Kaizen events to drive process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction. With a wealth of experience, she has a proven track record of success in managing complex IT service delivery programs and promoting innovation and collaboration within organizations.
Alexys Feaster
Alexys Feaster is a seasoned strategic leader with 20 years of experience in elevating the voices of athletes, entertainers, and people of influence. In 2021, she founded The Kinship Advisors, to aid in building an ecosystem of household names in diverse leadership, entrepreneurship and business, to create economic mobility and investment opportunities for social advancement and advocacy in underserved communities. Her work involves providing clients with resources beyond their respective platforms and teaching them how to engage as community leaders and advocates for social impact on an individual, collective and global scale.
Since 2021, Alexys has deployed over $5 million dollars in unrestricted grant funding to more than 200 Black and Brown-owned businesses and non-profits through her management of athlete-led initiatives. As a certified life and business coach, she has conducted over 150 hours of mindset training for athletes, business leaders and entrepreneurs as a complement to her broader work.
As part of her advisory, Alexys works with organizations like Octagon, RISE, Metro Esports and Just Women’s Sports, focusing on diversifying various aspects of the sports industry. For Just Women’s Sports, she is the Executive Producer of the podcasts NETLIFE with Dawn Staley and TEA with A’ja Wilson and Napheesa Collier.
Athena Haresign
Athena Haresign is a lifelong horsewoman who has spent over 40 years in the veterinary and equestrian communities. She is an entrepreneur who is currently the managing director of Encore Stables LLC, a company focused on strengthening the bond between horse and rider and providing rehabilitation services to horses with severe injuries. Athena is also the President and CEO of Horse Jitney LLC, a nationwide horse transportation service that also provides emergency shipping for severely sick or injured horses to the area hospitals.
Athena is the founder of VetInsite.com and creator of Pet Portals, a portal which allows pet owners to manage their pet’s health and communicate with their veterinarian online. She has been a speaker at national conferences on transitioning veterinary practices to electronic medical records and using the Internet to market veterinary services to pet owners. She also developed marketing analysis programs and direct marketing opportunities for pharmaceutical companies.
In addition to entrepreneurial roles, Athena has held leadership and sales roles at Advanced Veterinary Services, independent animal hospitals as lead veterinary technician and practice manager, and she was the assistant director of the University of Maryland Equestrian Association. Athena was a college athlete as a field hockey goalie and her records for her position continue to stand untouched at Southampton High School in New York.
Stephanie Harris
Stephanie Harris is a Certified Child Life Specialist who has worked at Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital for the past 17 years, helping children and their families cope with healthcare experiences, injuries, and illnesses. She is passionate about the emotional safety of children in healthcare settings and regularly presents to the multidisciplinary team on the biopsychosocial model of pain and supporting children with autism and sensory proxessing disorders.
In addition to her role as a Child Life Clinical Lead, Stephanie also serves as a facility dog handler and is a co-coordinator for the department's clinical internship program. In 2023, she co-presented at the Association of Child Life Professionals' annual conference on programming to support team resiliency.
Stephanie has been involved with horses since she was a young child and grew up taking weekly horseback riding lessons. In college, she discovered equestrian vaulting, a sport that combines the artistry of dance and gymanstics on a moving horse. In 2006, Stephanie became the EVUSA/USEF National Gold Women's Champion and remains involved with the sport as a coach and lunger for the Great Falls Vaulters and rides and trains the club's horses.
