Yolanda Saunders is an accomplished client services professional devoted to providing relevant and customized solutions: Specializing in building and growing solid customer relationships through education, account management, and marketing. Her careers spans leadership roles in higher education, human resources and media marketing.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Clark Atlanta University and a Master of Arts in Mass Communication and Media Studies from Regent University.

Daiquiri Anderson is a senior management policy analyst with over 30 years of experience in workforce development, grants management, leading economic development initiatives, developing, and managing human service metrics and bridging strategic federal/state and local partnerships. Daiquiri has led organizational studies and evaluations, designed systems and procedures, and conducted work simplification and measurement studies.

Ms. Anderson takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategic development. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their creative thinking, and drives business advantage.

She is an inspirational leader who inspires action while at the same time is grounded in financial and system development that supports and transforms organizational initiatives.

Ms. Anderson earned her BA in Business and Public Policy from The Catholic University of America. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and currently serves as Chair for the Grants Committee, for the last two years.

Respected as a credible voice in decision making, establishing strategic partnerships, and governance and compliance boundaries, Daiquiri earns a seat at the table wherever she serves.

Joseph B. Hill is the managing partner of JBrady5 Consulting LLC. (JB5C), a firm that specializes in business transformation delivery spanning 6 core areas: organizational strategy, assessment & succession, global D&I programs, managing brand reputation, ESG strategy, and improving community engagement for large enterprises throughout the US and globally.

Prior to establishing JB5C, Joseph served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Thomas Jefferson University and
Jefferson Health System in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, he demonstrated impact and influence in driving the integration of D&I methodologies into business best practices and health equity programs. Over the last decade, his relentless leadership focus across the Healthcare, Telecom, and Nonprofit sectors has centered on creating an authentic work environment and infusing energy into a global corporate value system that holds diversity and inclusion as a fundamental tenet.

He earned an MA Degree from Howard University, a BA Degree from Virginia Union University, and a Certificate in Diversity Management in Health Care (CDM) from Georgetown University and the Institute for Diversity in Health Management. Joseph’s outstanding reputation and thought leadership have contributed to being named “The Top 25 Most Influential Movers and Shakers” (Philadelphia/New Jersey), multiple distinguished awards, and prominently featured in speaking engagements within the Healthcare arena and the D&I community landscape.
