Volunteer Opportunities

We are always looking for volunteers and new members to be involved with the great work that we are doing.  Some ways to get involved include helping with our annual fundraisers.

Deacon Chuck Dietsch Memorial 5K Run & Walk for Haiti

Our 5K Fundraiser event is held on a Saturday in April each year.  Areas where we can use extra volunteers include:

• Assist with planning for the event
• Help with obtaining business and personal event sponsors
• Aid with event setup and cleanup
• Race day Registration and Packet Pickup
• Help during the race as a Course Safety Marshal
• Man water stations
• Help with Kids Fun Run

Seeds of Hope Dinner Gala

The Seeds of Hope for Haiti Annual Gala is held in October of each year.  Areas where you can help include:

• Assist with planning for the event
• Help to obtain donations of items or services for silent auction
• Assemble baskets for silent auction
• Aid with event setup and cleanup
• Donate larger ticket items for live auction (experiences, time shares/travel, etc.)
