Elites, Masters, & High School Elites Programs
Adult Elite Program
We offer an ELITE BIRD program. Female elites must have a recent documented previous time of 17:30 or lower. Male elites must have a recent documented previous time of 16:00 or lower. We do not offer letters to embassies for those out of the country. However, we will offer a limited amount of elite lodging options to those traveling from longer distances. This will be based on the distance needed to travel and previous race results. Coverage of additional travel expenses such as airfare will be evaluated depending on available race funds. Hotel rooms are donated by local lodging. This is a community-run event and does not qualify as a professional race for collegiate athletics. High School Elite Program
High school students are eligible for their own separate elite program. Girls must have a verified time of 18:30 or lower. Boys must have a verified time of 17:00 or lower. The high school elite program is limited to 20 runners, with the final roster at the discretion of the race director. We understand that high school runners will not be able to directly accept cash prizes due to regulations, although they can donate their prize to their school or another organization. That being said, high school elites who are registered by June 30th will also receive a Woodstock running singlet. When registering, high school elites are eligible for a substantial discount. Masters Elite Program
Masters runners who are 40 years or older are eligible for our Masters Elite Program. Males must have a verified time of 21:00 or lower. Females must have a verified time of 24:00 or lower. Contact the race director for more information (see "Race Contact Info" here at the bottom of the page).
